All customers are welcome to take advantage of our Click & Collect service, which can often provide significant cost savings compared to standard shipping options.

Next Business Day Collection
Select Pick Up at checkout to collect your order directly from our warehouse. Most orders are ready for collection the next business day following purchase or even same day upon request.

How It Works

1.     Place your order online and select Pick Up at checkout.

2.     Order preparation – Our team will prepare your items for collection.

3.     Notification – You will receive a confirmation via email or phone when your order is ready.

4.     Collection – Arrange a time & visit our warehouse and present:

Ø  Your order confirmation, and

Ø  Valid photo ID

Additional Information

·        Orders are generally ready for pick up the next business day after purchase.

·        Large or heavy items will require a suitable vehicle for transport.

·        Staff loading assistance is generally available

·        If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they must bring the order confirmation and valid photo ID.

·        Orders not collected within 30 days may be returned to stock and refunded according to our policy.
