We understand freight costs can be significant for gym equipment. Our goal is to provide shipping solutions that are both efficient & cost effective. Same day or next day dispatch (NSW Warehouse Only)

We aim to deliver your gym gear within 24 hours & as quickly and safely as possible. Please note that large and bulky orders may require extra time in order to provide the most suitably priced option. 

 

Delivery Times

Delivery times are provided as estimates only. While unexpected delays are uncommon, you will be promptly notified should they occur.

• Average Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (additional charges apply)

Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Sydney Metro 1 - 3 days after dispatch
NSW Regional Areas Allow 3 - 7 days after dispatch

Central West NSW 3 hrs – 3 days

Canberra Metro 2 - 3 days after dispatch

Adelaide Metro 3 - 7 days after dispatch
Perth Metro 5 - 7 days after dispatch
Melbourne Metro 3 - 5 days after dispatch
Brisbane Metro 2 - 5 days after dispatch
QLD & VIC Regional Areas Allow 5 - 7 days after dispatch

Hobart Metro 5 - 7 days after dispatch
Remote Areas Allow 3 - 4 days over the above durations

Shipping Areas

M-PACC has access to a broad network of courier partners to deliver Australia-wide. We currently ship within Australia only. For international orders, please contact us for a custom quote.

Shipping Fees

• Free shipping applies to certain locations for order value over a certain dollar value, particularly the local region near our warehouse, however this will be indicated at checkout if applicable.
• All other orders will be changed based on destination.
• Shipping costs can be tricky to calculate, particularly when bulky or multiple items are packed together, so the checkout freight calculator may not always be 100% accurate. In rare cases, M-PACC reserves the right to adjust the shipping cost due to calculation errors, but this is rare and we will always contact you first to discuss.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your item is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.
