The 100cm Resistance Bands from M-PACC are an incredibly versatile training tool designed for a countless range of exercise possibilities including stretching, strength training, bodyweight movements, and pre-workout activation. Available in 7 different colour coded options for multiple resistance levels ranging from the smallest Yellow band (2-7kg) up to the largest Orange band (32-80kg), these bands allow users to easily find the right level of support or resistance. Manufactured from 100% natural latex using a continuous layering process the bands are designed for optimal performance, they’re durable, high-quality, and ideal for exercises such as assisted pull-ups, dips, resistance training as well as rehab exercises
