M-PACC Change Plates

Olympic Change Plates are a smart way to fine-tune your lifts 0.5kg at a time without overloading to push past plateaus and make steady, measurable progress or when working for a ‘personal best’. M-PACC Change Plates are developed for this purpose to increase in 0.5kg increments allowing for 5 different weight increments up to 2.5kg. Their durable high-density rubber coated steel construction and their 5 different colour matches the IWF standard colour coding, delivering a uniform look when on the bar. The standard 50.4mm diameter collar opening make them compatible with any standard Olympic barbell and a reliable choice for both home and commercial gyms.
