14 DAY RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we’re here to help. To return an item to M-PACC for exchange or refund, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

RETURN

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and returned to our warehouse in all its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it, at the buyers expense. Any labels or tags must also be attached.

Return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service so you can monitor your return. Refunds or credits will be processed once the returned goods have been received and inspected at our warehouse, not when they are dispatched.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

• Items damaged due to misuse or improper setup
• Custom or clearance items
• Opened or assembled gym equipment not in original packaging

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Refunds requested due to change of mind or customer error will be subject to a 2.2% card processing fee.

RETURN SHIPPING

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective item

RESTOCKING FEE

For large bulk orders, there may be a restocking fee involved.
