The tri grip spaced well handles offer a strong, secure and comfortable grip, easy to pick up off the floor or rack & makes loading, unloading, and carrying plates safer and easier. Designed to fit standard 2-inch Olympic barbells and plate loaded machines including Leg Press Machines and Smith Machines.  M-PACC Tri grip Olympic plates can also be used on their own for other core training exercises and fitness training functions like lunges, farmers walks, shoulder raises, overhead press & much more.
