Subscriptions

Some products in our store can be bought on a subscription - currently our Antibacterial Wipes range, on a Deliver every month or Deliver every 2 months schedule, with 5% off every order.

How billing works

When you start a subscription you will receive repeat deliveries on the schedule you choose. Your payment details are stored securely by Shopify, and your card is charged automatically each time an order is created. You are not charged upfront for future deliveries.

Your subscription continues until you cancel it. Prices, frequency and delivery dates are shown on the product page before you order, and again in your order confirmation email.

Changing, skipping, pausing or cancelling

You can change, skip, pause or cancel your subscription at any time. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.

To manage your subscription, open any order confirmation email from us and click the link to manage your subscription, or log in to your account at m-pacc.com.au, or contact us and we will do it for you.

Changes need to be made at least [CONFIRM: 24 or 48] hours before your next scheduled order. Once an order has been created and charged we cannot cancel it, but you can return it under our returns policy.

Returns and refunds

Subscription orders are covered by our standard returns and refund policy, including our 14 day returns window. Cancelling a subscription stops future orders. It does not automatically refund orders already shipped.
