PREMIUM WARRANTY 

At M-PACC we fully back the quality of our products and are dedicated to delivering premium fitness equipment built to perform in Australian conditions. We're committed to assisting you in the unlikely event that any issues arise with your equipment. 
All products are supplied in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

•    Every product is supported by an industry grade warranty for a minimum one-year warranty & up to Lifetime* warranty for home use - giving you confidence in every purchase, along with reliable support.     
•    The majority of commercial grade equipment is covered by a one-year commercial warranty & up to Lifetime* warranty on the framework, as specified on the product and warranty page below.
•    Warranty varies depending on the product and its intended use. It doesn't cover cosmetic damage, general wear and tear, improper use, or natural material changes such as rubber discolouration.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

When referring to “Lifetime Warranty” for fitness equipment, this refers to expected functional lifespan of the product, up to a maximum of 10 years, unless otherwise stated. Lifetime warranty is determined by the product’s intended environment and usage conditions, materials used and  construction quality. The warranty period begins from the date of delivery of goods. The original proof of purchase must be provided at the time of a warranty claim otherwise warranty is voiced.

**Covers home use only

Our product range is rapidly expanding, with new items added regularly. If you can’t find a specific warranty policy for your item, it is covered under our standard warranty of 1 year for commercial or 3 years for home use; or call 1300 416 261.

What Is Covered

Your warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use. This includes:

• Frame and weld integrity
• Manufacturing or assembly defects

• Replacement of defective parts and associated labour (within coverage period)

• Products labeled Domestic, Home Use or Semi-Commercial are covered under warranty only when used in a personal, non-commercial environment.

What is Not Covered

Your warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear (including paint, rust, scratches, or upholstery compression)
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper assembly
• Commercial use of products intended for home use only
• Repairs, alterations, or modifications carried out by anyone other than an M-PACC authorized repairer
• Damage during relocation or transport after initial delivery
• Cosmetic issues that do not affect function or performance

Australian Consumer Law Compliance

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and adhere to the rights applicable to this product.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

1. Contact our Support Team at sales@m-pacc.com.au or call 1300 416 261.
2. Provide your proof of purchase, product name, and a brief description of the issue.
3. Include clear photos or videos to help us assess the problem.
4. Once your claim is approved, we’ll arrange repair, replacement, or supply of parts as quickly as possible.

Shipping on Warranty Claims & 14-day Returns

Items and their packaging must be returned in unused, “as-new” condition, exactly as received at the time of purchase. This includes all original packaging, manuals, bolts, and protective materials.

Returns are to be sent at the customer’s expense, as return freight is not covered. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as refunds or credits are processed only once the goods have been received at our warehouse.
Any issues or concerns regarding the condition of a product must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
If you require collection to be organised by M-PACC personell, they must be available at the agreed time to preventr any incident of a futile pick-up fee. The customer is responsible for any such fees, which must be paid before another collection attempt can be scheduled.
Please note that all shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Replacement Parts & Labour

• Replacement parts will be supplied free of charge for valid warranty claims.
• Labour costs are covered during the warranty period.
• After the warranty period, replacement parts and service may still be available at standard rates.
 
Warranty Transfer & Proof of Purchase

• Warranties apply only to the original purchaser and are non-transferable
• A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for all claims
