At M-PACC we’re committed to delivering premium-quality fitness equipment that performs as hard as you do. Every product is backed by a comprehensive warranty to give you complete confidence in your purchase.
* When referring to “Lifetime Warranty” for fitness equipment, this refers to expected functional lifespan of the product, up to a maximum of 10 years, unless otherwise stated. Lifetime warranty is determined by the product’s intended environment and usage conditions, materials used and construction quality. The warranty period begins from the date of delivery of goods. The original proof of purchase must be provided at the time of a warranty claim otherwise warranty is voiced.
**Covers home use only
Your warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use. This includes:
• Frame and weld integrity
• Manufacturing or assembly defects
• Replacement of defective parts and associated labour (within coverage period)
• Products labeled Domestic, Home Use or Semi-Commercial are covered under warranty only when used in a personal, non-commercial environment.
Your warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear (including paint, rust, scratches, or upholstery compression)
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper assembly
• Commercial use of products intended for home use only
• Repairs, alterations, or modifications carried out by anyone other than an M-PACC authorized repairer
• Damage during relocation or transport after initial delivery
• Cosmetic issues that do not affect function or performance
This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and adhere to the rights applicable to this product.

2. Provide your proof of purchase, product name, and a brief description of the issue.
3. Include clear photos or videos to help us assess the problem.
4. Once your claim is approved, we’ll arrange repair, replacement, or supply of parts as quickly as possible.
• Replacement parts will be supplied free of charge for valid warranty claims.
• Labour costs are covered during the warranty period.
• After the warranty period, replacement parts and service may still be available at standard rates.
Warranty Transfer & Proof of Purchase
• Warranties apply only to the original purchaser and are non-transferable
• A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for all claims
