Featuring a high-density foam core for structural integrity & impact absorption, and a durable hard wearing commercial grade vinyl covering, this box offers three training heights of 20”, 24” & 30” in one firm compact unit for easy rotation depending on the athlete’s fitness level while maintaining a solid stable landing platform. 
Training Applications include box jumps & step-ups, depth jumps & plyometric drills, Bulgarian split squats, elevated push-ups & conditioning work, agility & explosive training.
